Chocolate Panna Cotta (Italian Dessert)/Eggless Chocolate Pudding

Salam to all my readers!

Italian Dessert Recipe

My dessert collections are increasing day by day; grab a recipe of another delicious Italian dessert. In Chocolate Panna Cotta chief ingredients are Gelatin, Milk, Sugar and Cream. I was conscious to use gelatin and have a doubt it is non-veg but what if it has prohibited substance, which we Muslims are restricted to eat. (By Holy Qur'an)
So, I totally skip the gelatin and substituted it with Agar-Agar flakes.

Here is the vegan Chocolate Panna Cotta that tastes silky and creamy with delicate texture.

In addition, I am using Cadbury chocolate powders…If I am not wrong you can somehow imagine the taste...:-)

Hey, could you help me in choosing GOOD RAW Chocolates, suggest me some brands.

 Ingredients:

Milk500 ml
Sugar 50 gm
Cadbury Chocolate Pwd4 tbsp
Fresh Cream1 tbsp
Agar-Agar/ China grass4 gm
Vark/edible Silvers-to garnish

Method:
    1. Place Milk, Sugar, and Cream in a saucepan and bring it to boil.
    2. In a cup, stir the chocolate powder in to 1/4 cup milk.
    3. Take 1/4 cup water in to another saucepan, add agar agar flake and bring it to boil till it dissolves completely.
    4. Add one by one chocolates and agar in to boiling milk.
    5. Strain the mixture in to the 6 ramekins.Chill for 3-4 hours or until set.
    6. Unmould the panna cotta in to serving plates and decorate it with silvers.

      RS Notes :-)
    • If you are using raw chocolates follow the same method except grate the chocolates and save some for decoration.
    • How to serve: Run a small knife around the outside edges of panna cotta and turn out on to serving plates, and serve it immediately.

      1. Thanks for your visit on my site and for the question too but you are over appreciating me, though I do not have well-established blog but I'm sure I can give you some tips.
I'll sum up my tip here, otherwise I’ve to make separate post on it. :)
        1. Google gives you platform that you don’t need to be a tech-savy, you can put gadgets.
        2. Don’ use too dark colour for your site that could hurt readers eyes.
        3. Same with choosing fonts, it should be readable.
        4. Don’t forget your niche, be consistent for your post.
        5. Be the resource your readers want.
        6. If you want, a loyal reader put a subscription box and use social networking sites to expand your business.

Hope it helped you, if you need more help you can ask me.

    22. Lovely recipe, Rashida, I love panna cotta! Interestingly, chocolate panna cotta is a recipe I teach in my kids cookery classes as it's egg free & I serve the regular one as custard to my girls who are allergic to eggs. Beautiful picture! PS: Thanks for stopping by my blog. xx
