Farfalle Pasta with Spinach & Olives

What kinds of Pasta do you like/buy?
I like penne pasta, macaroni but this farfalle is so cute in shapes. Recipe prepared using Del Monte brand pasta and it requires minimum 15 minutes to cook and same recipe could use for Penne Pasta too.
Farafalle is bow- tie pasta, looks like butterflies and this is irresistible recipe only if you like pasta.

 Ingredients:

Farfalle Pasta250 gm
Onion  1
Spinach 50 gm
Cream100 gm
Green Chillies 5-6
Salt 1 tsp
Oregano1/2 tsp
Black Olives (sliced)50 gm
Garlic Cloves6
Butter30 gm

Method:
  1. Boil Pasta till done, drain and run under tap water and set aside.
  2. Chop onion, spinach and slice garlic cloves.
  3. Put sliced cloves in butter; add onion and cook till it get translucent.
  4. Add Spinach and green chilies and cook on a medium flame.
  5. Add Cream and simmer it for few minutes,  add Farfalle, black olives,Salt and toss everything gently until everything get well mixed.
  6.

      RS Notes :-)
  • For any kind of pasta, boiling method is same. Cook pasta with water, salt and few drops of oil. They will not stick together.
