Tossed Foxnuts Salad

I'm sharing a healthiest salad with you, you want to avoid those in-between meals…don't worry, here is one smart option for you :)!

Foxnuts along with curd do wonders for skin; both are super source of antioxidant.
Today’s most of the advt. campaign promises to have antioxidant property whether they sell beauty products or vitamins supplement powder, some of them only lure the public.
You want to know what actually they are.
If I talk in a medical term, "Antioxidants are dietary substances including some nutrients such as beta carotene, vitamins C and E and selenium, which can prevent damage to your body cells or repair damage that has been done."
Simple way to understand is in your body, the antioxidant process is similar to stopping an apple from browning. Once you cut an apple, it begins to brown, but if you dip it in orange juice, which contains vitamin C, it stays white.
Ultimately, they help to keep you fit and active for whole day.

Homemade Potato Chips

This recipe demands sun, you should sing "give me some sunshine, give me some rain" oops! don't ask for rain, you need to dry them.:D
My grandmother always made these chips in the summer and send to us. These are my favourites, and this time we made it at home. If you are among few lucky people who get sunshine, so the recipe is just for you. It usually takes 2 days to dry completely.
I am sending it to "Healthy Morsel" because I guess it is a healthy snack, and sometime you like munching too.

Chicken Handi

Last fifteen day's I had been damn busy. I was running to hospitals and lab investigations, did know how time flew away. Worried for Ammi's and nephew’s health. With god grace they are doing fine and I’m bit relieved.
Coming to the recipe part…Did anyone miss me? ;)
I like this handi very much and preparing a food was amazing experience, due to heat absorbent property they keep simmering for few seconds even after you remove them from gas and keep your food warm for longer time. This method gives your dish distinctive flavor, try it and I assure you, you won’t regret it.
