Chicken & Spinach Casserole - Chef Sanjeev Kapoor Recipe

How I've connected to Sanjeev Kapoor or rather, I would say my family has connected with him.
Chef Sanjeev Kapoor hosted one show on Zee TV named ‘Khana Khazana’ and we used to watch and that time(1998)very few channels that aired such kind of shows.We like him because of his simplicity. How nicely & efficiently he used to cook and he still cooks on FoodFood channel and there my Ammi saw him cooking “Chicken and Spinach Casserole”, and I was very fascinated to see casseroles and had planned to make one but somehow things were never in my way or couldn’t channelized. She did encourage me to cook and here I am with my love Casseroles.;)

I had to find out what is this casserole.Now,I would like to share it with my readers.Casserole is cooking pot used to bake and served.It could be made of glass,ceramics,cast iron or any ovenproof dishes.Casserole dish contains all ingredients together,baked and served in the same dish.It holds ingredients like rice,vegetables,sometimes chicken, noodles or pasta with cheese and breadcrumbs topping. Hence,we can serve it as one pot meal or as side dish.

I have referred this video and did some alteration to the recipe as per my requirements.

Indian Pav/ Eggless Dinner Rolls


We all are aware of Indian Pav. ..Aren’t we?
Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji, Dabeli and Misal Pav can we imagine all these items without Pav, Never and we do not wish to replace the main ingredient with whole-wheat flour. Sometimes it is so boring to keep a watch all the time what we are taking, just eat what you like to eat. ;)

Oats,Spinach & Paneer Kebabs



Salam and wishing you all lovely Monsoon,

I did not know Komal Taneja until I received the recipe book along with Hudson Canola Oil. I got the invitation to try their sample and If I wish to review about it.  I thought why not try it and here I am with thank you note to Hudson Canola Oil. :)
This oil has no distinctive smell, light and neutral in taste and contains lowest saturated Fat. If you want to study in deep, find all the details here. This oil deserves one chance to try then you can follow your instinct. Because their tagline say’s “You can’t change your body, but you can change your oil”. 

Moving to the recipe, my Ammi heard the ingredients list and told me “this is must try recipe and I’m sure it will taste good.”
How could I probably ignore her inner voice and you too cannot afford to miss this “Kebab’s” this is one of my favourites. Increasingly my favorites list is getting longer. ‘Am I gonna be overweight in few months?;) ignore it. This is the best season to serve your guest or surprise them with lavish Kebabs.
